The iMac is equipped with ATI Radeon HD 4670 discrete graphics or NVIDIA GeForce 9400M integrated graphics in the 21.5″ model, and in the 27-inch model you can get ATI Radeon HD 4850 discrete graphics or ATI Radeon HD 4670 distinct graphics. The new iMac line is powered with 4GB of 1066 MHz DDR3 memory and capacity up to 16GB over four SO-DIMM slots.
