Lenovo Introduces IdeaPad Y560d – First 3D Laptop Powered by Intel Core i7

Lenovo released its first 3D Laptop, the 15.6-inch IdeaPad Y560d which has TriDef 3D technology including a 3D screen, software and glasses. With the help of this TriDef technology you can experience 3D from standard 2D photos and videos. Further it combines the SDD and HDD storage using the enhanced Experience RapidDrive Technology to grant a faster Windows 7 Boot up times and enhance the performance of the applications. Using RapidDrive technology you can have the Windows 7 boot up 66% faster, start favorite applications two-times faster, and copy files within the computer in less than half the time. It is equipped to display 1366×768 and the hardware components of IdeaPad are Intel Core i7-940QM processor, a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730, up to 8GB DDR3 RAM, and 250GB to 750GB of storage.

The other CPU’s like Core i3 and i5 are also listed along with Core i7. It is capable to have either 32GB or 64GB along with standard HDD. Y560d laptop is provided with optional Blu-ray drive, an HDMI output and a SlideNav. Other specs are ExpressCard, three Mini PCIe slots, a 6-in-1 card reader, three USB 2.0 ports (one eSATA combo), VGA, a six-cell battery, Gigabit Ethernet, Wireless, 1.3MP webcam and you have the option to choose from Windows 7 Basic, Premium or Professional.

The Core i7 which has the Intel Turbo Boost Technology delivers enhanced GHz when required. Moreover the latest ATI Radeon HD 5730 1GB graphic card helps you to run all the new games.
