Pleasant surprise. Nintendo itself has taken an active interest in promoting this Black Friday deals for its Nintendo DSi. Knowing the season, it seems to have purposefully dressed up its Nintendo DSi with splashes of green and orange on the exteriors to attract shoppers this Black Friday. This color issue seems rather to be in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros and coincides with Black Friday. Reports indicate that the newly-colored (orange and green) DSi will be available for $149.99 on 26 November and even for a low $119.99 at some stores, which you may have to search.

Each DSi will be accompanied with a copy of Mario Party DS. Features and specs of the DSi remain unchanged. Since this is a limited edition run, only a limited number of gaming consoles will be available on a first come-first served basis. It is a seventh generation gaming console and comes equipped with two cameras.

Nintendo hopes to use Black Friday as a platform to leverage and increase sales of this DSi device with a revamped color style since sales were seen to be lagging of late with the advent of iPhone and Android-based games.
