Olive Partners With BSNL to Launch Olive Zipbook V-X108 With BSNL Broadband Connectivity

Olive Telecom has joined hands with BSNL to launch its latest Zipbook, the company’s brand of netbooks with 3G broadband, in the Indian market. Called V-X108, the netbook comes with the option of being bundled with a BSNL connection offering 6GB worth of free download per month, for the first three months. It has a 10-inch, high resolution (1024×600 pixel) display reportedly powered by Integrated Gen3.5 GFX Core graphics solution.

The Olive V-X108 Zipbook is a portable device that comes packed with Microsoft Security Essentials. At the heart of the netbook is an Intel Atom N450 1.6GHz processor. The device runs on Windows 7 Starter Edition. Other technical specs of V-X108 Zipbook include a 1.3MP webcam, a 3-in-1 memory card reader with support for SD/MS/MMC cards, and integrated dual speakers and mic.
