Adobe’s Acrobat.com is out of Beta With Free and Paid Subscriptions

Acrobat.com is a very popular service from Adobe which has got some free web services like Adobe Buzzword, Adobe ConnectNow, Create PDF, Adobe Share and My Files. Adobe Buzzword is an online Word Processor for writing and collaborating on documents; Adobe ConnectNow allows you to meet live over the web and share your screen with anyone; Create PDF allows you to convert up to 5 files to Adobe PDF online; Adobe Share helps you to send files to others via a URL, for easy access while you maintain control; My Files allows you to store your files in the cloud, for easy access from anywhere on the Internet. Now Acrobat.com had Moved out of Beta with free and two new paid subscription offerings.

Though Acrobat.com came up with paid subscriptions the free services will still be available for the users. The free services from Acrobat.com will have Adobe Buzzword online word processing, Now connect Web meeting with capacity for 3 participants, online creation of PDF files with a limit of 5 and 5GB space for My Files.

The Premium Basic service includes Adobe ConnectNow Web meeting which allows up to 5 participants and online conversion of 10 documents to PDF format. The Premium Basic subscription is available for $14.99/month or $149/year.

The Premium Plus service includes ConnectNow Web meeting capacity for up to 20 participants and an unlimited online conversion to PDF files. The Premium Plus subscription is available for $39/month or $390/year.

Until July 16, 2009, Adobe is offering $15 off the Premium Basic annual plan of Acrobat.com, and $50 off the Premium Plus annual plan of Acrobat.com. Initially, both subscriptions are available from Adobe.com online store in North America only. So if you are a small business owner then do try out their services.
