The Daylight saving time for 2010 will start on March 14 2:00 a.m. Sunday and ends on November. Since 2007, daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November. For those of you hearing about it for the first time, Daylight saving time is the practice of advancing clocks so that afternoons have more daylight and mornings have less. Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in autumn.

So if you follow Daylight savings then do change your clocks by 1 hour starting from 2 a.m. March 14, 2010. Though many say that Daylight savings help us to cut costs, there are many people who argue this by saving there is not much substantial cost savings.
