Drahtwerk has launched an update for the iWebcamera software. iWebcamera is the presently the only application on the App Store that transforms the iPhone into a driver-based webcamera. Equipped with this app, the iPhone can be used as Web camera in applications like Skype, Windows Live Messenger, YouTube and others similar desktop applications.

The updated version iWebcamera 2.0 comes with full support for the iPhone 4, including Retina display graphics and support for both iPhone 4 cameras.
