The mobile market in India is heating up with home-grown companies constantly giving leading mobile brands, if not jitters, at least reason to reevaluate their marketing strategies because more-for-less seems to be the buzzword for average Indian customer. And home-grown companies are feverishly launching new products that come with a value-for-money tag. The latest entrant to jump into the fray is Aroma Mobiles and Accessories that has brought a new slim, dual SIM mobile phone to the market, the Aroma D110.

Besides the dual SIM (GSM+GSM) facility, the phone comes with a 1.3 MP snapper, a multi-format music player, Bluetooth with A2DP support, stereo FM radio with recording, video player and a recorder. Did we mention an address book with a capacity of 1000 contacts? Other notable specs include GPRS/WAP2.0 and MMS facility, a 2.4-inch display, 2GB expandable memory, and most other features one normally finds in a phone of this price rung like Flashlight, Alarm, World Clock, Stopwatch, Calculator, Currency Converter and so on.

The phone weighs a little less than 100 gm and boasts a talk time of 500 minutes and standby time of 500 hours. In these days multimedia networking, no phone seems complete without its compatibility for social network services. Priced at Rs. 2,699, the D110 too comes pre-loaded with Facebook and MSN Messenger.
