Lemon iT 717 Touchscreen Dual SIM Mobile Comes With Opera Mini and Nimbuzz IM

Lemon Mobiles has launched a 3-inch TFT touchscreen handset in India. Called iT 717, the dual-SIM phone (GSM+ GSM) is being promoted as a ‘feature-rich’ phone that includes a 3.2 megapixel snapper, FM radio, MP3 player, a video player & recorder supporting formats like 3GP, MP4 and AVI. It also has an image viewer, photo editor and answering machine that doubles as a web-camera, when plugged into the PC or laptop through the USB port.

Lemon iT 717 touts a Media Transfer Protocol storage technology that reportedly enables a more secured access and transfer of files. It comes with pre-installed software like Opera Mini and Nimbuzz IM. For social network enthusiasts, Lemon iT 717 mobile supports GPRS and WAP for Web connectivity. It is Bluetooth capable and comes with a USB drive. Weighing about 100 gm, the phone can store up to 2000 contacts and over 500 text messages. It has a claimed up to 5-hours talktime and comes bundled with accessories that include a stylus, a hands-free headset, a mobile pouch, a charger and a USB cable.

The Lemon iT 717 mobile phone features all regular mobile functions usually available in multimedia phones belonging to this price category. Packed in a Candy bar form factor, the phone has a solid plastic black body with metallic accents. The model comes with 20MB of internal memory. The memory can be expanded up to 8GB using microSD cards. The Lemon iT 717 has been launched in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs. 4,499.
