Nokia N900 is one of the best mobiles released by Nokia. Nokia N900 is a Meamo based device and is launched quite some time back and Indians would be delighted to hear that it would soon be available in India. Nokia has announced that N900 will be available in the later part of June (June 11) in India.

Nokia N900 comes with a wide 3.5″ touchscreen display, QWERTY keyboard, 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens, LED flash with 3X digital zoom, Wi-Fi, 3G, FM transmitter, Bluetooth and GPS. N900 will come with the latest firmware – PR1, but will be missing the Skype App due to Government regulatory VOIP issues.

N900 Internet Tablet is powered by ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz processor and has the Maemo 5 operating system along with 32GB internal memory. N900 give upto 6.5 hrs of 2G talktime and upto 4.5 hrs of 3G talktime. The Price of N900 in India will be around Rs 30,000/-. I hardly doubt if people in India would go for this device instead of the Apple iPhone which is available at a similar price. So if you are looking to Buy N900 in India, think twice before you make the decission.

The Nokia N900 is a fair deal at Rs. 30,000. The Apple iPhone selling at around that price is no match for this beast of a phone from Nokia. Apple iPhone 3GS though, is far better but is prices higher as well.
Another thing is that iPhone is available for Rs. 30000 only on eBay and Amazon and similar sites. Nokia N900 on the other hand will be available right at local stores. People in India are too comfortable with Nokia when there are far better companies out there. It is disgusting.

  2. This provides a total of 1 GB of virtual memory to store our important data without any other memory card. The 5 megapixel back camera has an auto focus feature with dual LED flash. Call quality was pretty good and the phone functionality is pretty simple and easy to use.
