Vodafone has announced world’s cheapest mobile phones, Vodafone 150 and Vodafone 250 at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona. These will be cheapest phones ever in the planet pricing $15 and $20 respectively that are specifically designed for people in countries with sizeable and isolated rural populations.

Vodafone 150 and 250 will feature all basic features that users expect including voice and SMS services and packs. Features of Vodafone 150 include an alarm clock, a torch, calculator, a currency converter, and a miniUSB connector. With 500mAh battery that offers talk time up to 5 hours, 150 will also have mobile payment services, memory up to 100 entries in phonebook along with SMS storage and 2 interesting games for the users to rejoice. The Vodafone 250 comes with a 1.45-inch CSTN display of 128×128 pixels resolution and features a five- way Navigation key, FM radio and stereo headset support along with all other features of 150 as well.
