Samsung I9003 Galaxy SL Now in India, Features 5MP Camera, Touch Focus and TouchWiz 3.0 UI

Samsung, the pioneer mobile manufacturer has launched its Galaxy SL handset in India. Priced Rs. 19,499, Samsung I9003 Galaxy SL comes with a stylish look and many enthralling features. Samsung Galaxy SL is the updated version of the most popular Samsung I9000 Galaxy S. Comprising atmost similar features, Galaxy SL comes with 4.0-inch Super Clear LCD display instead of the regular one.

Galaxy SL which is 10.6mm in thickness is slightly thicker that Samsung Galaxy S which is 9.9mm. Features of Samsung Galaxy SL includes a bigger 1650mAh battery, PowerVR SGX530 graphics processor (which is less powered than PowerVR SGX540 GPU of the Galaxy S), 4GB internal memory, A-GPS support and multimedia functionalities.

Running on Android 2.2 Froyo, Galaxy SL comes with pre-installed Samsung’s TouchWiz interface as well. Though this handset has a lesser memory, average display and less built-in memory when compared to the one sold aboard for price of Rs.27,999, you can give it a try for its price Rs. 19,499 which is much less. Samsung Galaxy SL will hit the markets in less than a week and mean while you can go and pre-order it.
