Verizon has a formidable line-up of high-powered Android handsets. And the leaked batch of images for one of the company’s upcoming devices is any indication, the company is bracing to bowl over people again with new full QWERTY device, the HTC Merge aka Lexikon.

From the first look and initial reports, here’s a look at the device’s speculated features:

  • Runs the Sense UI on top, so it will be a Droid (Froyo).
  • May sport a 5-megapixel camera and 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen.
  • Likely to come loaded with Bing, which means no Google Search in the first launch.
  • The Qwerty keyboard has the @ button brought back down near the space bar; and has a dedicated Home button.
  • This one could very well be an LTE phone.
  • Look-wise, it comes in an all black finish with microSD card and SIM card slots.

HTC Merge is likely to be a mid-range offering, and besides its full QWERTY keyboard, reports claim the device will come with a 800MHz processor, MSM7630 chipset, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, HTC Sense 1.6, and Android 2.2 Froyo.
