Even before the “Only Rock and Roll” event, Apple silently dropped the prices of different iPod models. Many of us are expecting new models of iPod’s in the event and this reduction in price of iPod’s is a strong point to confirm that. The prices of iPod Touch, iPod Nano and iPod Classic are reduced, but there is no change in the price of the iPod Shuffle.

The price of 32GB iPod Touch is reduced from $399, a $120 price cut. The 8GB iPod nano is now priced at $129, down from $149, and the 16GB model will cost you $149, which was priced at $199 earlier. The iPod Classic costs you $229 while the price was $249 earlier.
