i did quite a lot of research on pro and plus … well the pro design is much better , pro has a better camera , better network support , but more of a business phone like HTC . Plus did not catch my attention. !!! well if u are not keen on qwerty then the corby 3650 is the best pick among all the corby series !

I think the phone does not support that high resolution. It was the case with My L7. Nothing much you can do except resize it before sending to phone. Doesent happen with my N82. So thats probably coz it has 5Mp and most digital cam photos are set at 5MP max.
Corby is a touch screen phone from Samsung economy. Samsung S3650 comes Web 2.0 applications and colored clothing. Hopefully the phone’s appeal to young users design and use of mobile phones is more famous in the beginning of shell exchange. Very difficult to install any software into the phone (corby plus b 5310), alwats msged the file format not supported. Hard to connect the blue tooth from the PC to use the internet on desktop.

go to settings, then check your fonts..i have a corby pro too…
yup, went through that but it just changes the font type. would you know a backdoor way/application to change the font size (preferable smaller) for any font type?
You can change the size of the font in your text messages by pressing the volume buttons (you have to go into a text and then change it and it saves it for all your messages) but other than that I don’t think you can change the size of any other fonts

I just bought this phone just 2 weeks ago and highly regret to took this option. This is a lousiest phone in market alo not user friendly at all.even unable to sync with a PC. Stupid phone and stupid design. I will never ever go for another samsung device in my life.
Problems encountered
1. Exchange mails service totally upset me. Once synced failled to disconnect and dry battery. required to switched off and on again to unsync.
2. Proceesing and touch screen response is very slow.
3. can’t sync with PC
4. no friendly sms option.
5. facebook totally out of sync. Only outdated feeders available even aftr refreshed.
6. Many many ….many .
Those who have a wish to buy this phone…pls …. pls don’t waste your money. Samsung Corby Pro is **** device. This is better would be a childrent’s toy.

hi every body out there!! i just bought samsung corby plus in delhi and the phn is really awesome. Its touchscreen is really sensitive and response is quite quick. Also the mobile interface is very good. Since it has qwerty keypad too, messaging has become really easy and fast..these and other excellent features at such a low cost… i luv samsung phones!!

The problem is, When u do nothing on the phone the back light should get off but it is not. Every 2 minuts it is getting on and next 2 minuts it is getting off. So plz dont purchase CORBY mobiles.

hi, its good in just music, i bought b3313 6month b4, it works good in internet just 2 to 3 months, after tht the inetnet get disconnected after every 2 min, WHEN WE call samsung customer care they says contact ur service provider and when we do same they say contact samsung customer care, i am using idea network in maharshtra and talking honestly i am totally dispointed, no internet setting available for samsung gt b3313 in idea, pls dont buy!

Hi I have samsung corby colours, I can only have 500 sms in the phone but i want to know if i can save more than 500 msgs if yes, how to do that could anyone help me out with this because in other phones they can save more than 3000 sms, I guess there is an option that we can create a folder and save the msgs in our memory card but I dont know how to do that if anyone of you can help me with the steps I will be very thankful.

Hey guys! in july-2010 i had seen that samsung is decided to sell CORBYMATE(gt-b3313) for rs.5000. and after buying that i have known that why he did so! the fontsize in default browser Netfront v3.4 had became disgustingly shrinked as mosquitoes shit! and it’s New Pc Studio is not even supporting to connect internet to desktop via bluetooth! internet connector option is not highlighting when connected with bluetooth! and by connecting with data cable, battery is heating up & ruining mobiles qwerty keypad performence!

1. Files can be sent , but can,t receive via Bluetooth most of the time .
2. It can only know to hang up . Ca,t even work for 30min in stretch .
3. Conversation is one big Shit .
4. Video more that 7mb cannot be played even if it is 3gp format.
5. mp4 format is not supported in this .
6. No stylish fonts option

Hope most of you are facing problems in sending & recieving gmails from your samsung B7722 mobile phone.
I was also very dispointed to not using my gmail account on the phone even after several advices/suggestions available on the net.
FINALLY, AFTER THREE DAYS OF R&D IN THE SUGGESTIONS, I FOUND THE CORRECT SETTINGS. Please follow the following steps. You will definately get your mobile on, if no please write me on “on.dksurvey@gmail.com”. The settings are:
NOTE : VERY FIRST ENABLE POP3 FROM YOUR GMAIL ACCOUNT SETTINGS (thru internet browser). LOG IN TO YOUR GMAIL ACCOUNT > ON TOP RIGHT CLICK ON SETTINGS >THEN CLICK FORWARDING & POP3 > THEN ENABLE POP3 FOR ALL MAIL OR YOU CAN SELECT OTHER OPTION. BUT AT LEAST POP3 MUST BE ENABLED. THEN SAVE CHANGES.
POP3 Gmail Settings For Samsung B7722 / might be other samsung Cellphones also:
Go To > Menu (can be differ model to model basis but basic settings might be same for all samsung models > Messages
Click Settings > Email
Then Touch >Email Account / Email Setup Wizard
Then Touch > Add or Creat Account
Give name to your account name E.g Gmail or your Name or whatever you want
please note next menu orientation might be differ depending on model type, but you will find it)
SMTP / Outgoing Server : smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port : 465
Secure Connection : SSL
Incoming Server type : POP3
POP3 / Incoming Server : pop.gmail.com
POP3 Port: 995
APOP Login : Tick
Secure Connection : SSL
Download Limit: 500
Retrieving Option: Choose Subject only (I have not tried for other option, you may try)
Keep On Server: Tick
My Email Address: type your gmail (email address)
Username /Password : your gmail ID / Password
POP before SMTP : Dont Tick
SMTP Auth: Tick
Same as POP3/IMAP4 : Tick
And Finally SAVE All Settings.
That’s it !!!, Now you can SEND & RECIEVE YOUR gmail messages on your samsung phones.

I have purchased SAMSUNG CORBY PLUS 3410 on 22 jan 2011 with exchange of SAMSUNG S3310 . In 3310 I used to create playlist . Downloaded songs to a folder in My File (ext-mem card). Open playlist & minimized , Open ext mem floder , go to the particular folder , clicked ‘Add’ . All songs from the folder were copied to the particular playlist . But here in Corby plus while I am trying to copy items from any folders , it is showing all tracks . Now problem is out of 825 songs selecting songs and adding to the concerned playlist has been more than a donkey’s job .
I have tried with data cable (As Mass Storace & PC suite)
Theses are showing items in phone memory and ext memory card . No playlist .
Now kindly help me , Is there any free downloadable music player available for solving this problem ?
You can give me a missed call also
Note : While speaking to Samsung Customer Care , they told that this option is missing in 3410 .
