Record Video With Both Front and Back Camera on iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G With Flexicorder

Why miss out being in the videos you shoot? For now, Mirage Labs has released the Flexicorder 1.0 video recording app for iPhone. The app allows both front and back cameras (iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G) to be used during a single recording session, a feature that video enthusiasts and individuals using popular social networking websites are likely to find particularly handy. Some of the more popular uses were shooting self videos and outdoor shooting.

A user can save videos of varying output resolutions and bit rates. While video recording with iPhones is a popular exercise, storage space is often seen to be a constraint. Since not all videos need to be saved in high-def, this app provides the user the option to tweak the recording settings to one that will help save on space without any visible loss in video quality.

We may recall Mirage Labs earlier produced video apps such as Videopix (iPhone’s first video frame grabber) and Video Zoom (iPhone’s first video zoom). Considering the successful track record of its earlier apps, Flexicorder 1.0 is expected find takers among video fans. Priced at $0.99, the app is being launched with lannguage support for US English and Japanese, and will be available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Photography category.
