Sony Ericsson Xperia X8, which rumor-mongers had earlier dubbed as Shakira, has hit Indian stores with a price tag of Rs 13,900 – that’s about two grands lesser than what it was rumored to cost. The phone features a 3.0-inch scratch-resistant, capacitive screen with 320×480 resolution, customized UI and 3.2MP camera. Running on Android 1.6 (Donut), the Xperia X8 is expected to be updated to Android 2.1 in the future.
