HTC Desire, HTC Legend and HTC HD Mini Features and Specifications

Great news for all the HTC lovers, HTC announced three new smart phones in the MWC 2010. These phones include the HTC Legend, the HTC Desire, and the HTC HD Mini, which include many fascinating features to spellbind all the users. We briefed the details of these new arrivals.

HTC Desire Features

HTC Desire is a sleek smart phone with fabulous features included. Desire was previously known as the HTC Bravo, that replicates Nexus One with a typical HTC Sense. Featuring many specifications identical to the popular Google N1, HTC Desire is an Android phone that runs on 1GHz Snapdragon processor and has a 3.7-inch AMOLED multi touch screen utilizing HTC’s Sense user experience. Desire will have optical joystick instead of the routine trackball.

HTC Desire enables users easily access all the latest HTC’s widgets providing them with a quick browsing capabilities. You can access different widgets such as the Agenda widget, Weather widget easily from the home screen. Desire also has hidden features for the browser that enables users to quickly search the meaning of the words, access Wikipedia, and translate the complete content using Google Translator and many more.

HTC Legend Features

After the successful launch of Hero, HTC is now set to unveil its refinement, The HTC Legend. Designed by One & Co, HTC Legend is a blend of more curves having a smoother surface constructed with impressive aluminum uni-body. Like the Desire, HTC Legend will also feature a optical joystick instead of a trackball.

Android powered HTC Legend comes with a 3.2-inch HVGA, AMOLED touch screen display, HTC Sense enhancements and social networking capabilities. Though one can easily access and enjoy Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr from a one single place, HTC Legend is not server based like the MOTOBLUR; instead, this handset would connect to the sites and directly pull the information from the corresponding sites, which might cause delay in browsing.

HTC HD Mini Features

HTC HD Mini is based on Windows Mobile 6.5.3, following the footsteps of popular HTC HD2. Created by One & Co., the HD Mini is the first Windows mobile phone with capacitive touch screen and it comes in a very smaller size replicating the original HTC Touch which was darn small. Unlike the normal phones, which have sub frames, and tiny screws that hold assembled parts, HTC HD Mini comes in a stylish design with four screws holding the multiple parts.

HTC HD Mini features a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touch screen, a 600MHz processor, Wi-Fi, 3G connectivity along with HTC Sense. With many interesting features, HTC HD Mini will certainly be a cute stylish phone to possess.

As per the reports, these phones are expected to hit the market in Quarter 2. HTC Desire is expected to be available for Europe and Asian regions along with Australia exclusively through Telstra, the HTC Legend in Europe through Vodafone and the HTC HD Mini will ship in Europe and Asia.
