Free iOS 4 Software Update for iPhone 3GS, 3G Brings Over 100 New Features
Today is a very important day for every iPhone user as Apple will be releasing the iOS 4 for all the users. With over 100 new features, the free iOS 4 Software Update lets you do some amazing things like Multitasking, Folders, iBooks, Tap to focus video, Wireless keyboard support and many more. iOS 4 works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G. But not all features are compatible with all devices. For example, multitasking is available only with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.
iOS 4 can also be used to upgrade your iPod touch 3G and 2G, but not all features are supported. There is no official support for iOS 4 on iPhone 2G(EDGE) and iPod Touch 1G. - Create playlists – Create custom playlists right on your iPhone.
- 5x digital zoom – Get closer to your subjects by zooming in up to 5x.
- Tap to focus video – While shooting video, tap the display to choose where to focus.
- Faces and Places in Photos – View photos based on who is in them and where they were taken.
- Home screen wallpaper – Change the background wallpaper on your Home screen.
- Gift apps – Send apps as gifts to your friends or family.
- Spell checking – A built-in spell checker works in Mail, Notes, and other apps.
- Wireless keyboard support – Pair a keyboard based on Bluetooth wireless technology with your iPhone.
