Earlier we had shared about Adobe Flash Player called “Square” which supports 64-bit browsers and also features Internet Explorer 9 hardware accelerated rendering. Square, the 64-bit version of the flash player is fully functional and is compatible with all the 64-bit operating systems – Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
Install Adobe Flash Player “Square”
You can install Adobe Flash Player “Square” directly from the following links. Note that this preview release is designed for evaluation purposes only.
- Download active-x for 64-bit Windows — for Internet Explorer only (EXE, 3.2 MB)
- Download plug-in for 64-bit Windows — for all other browsers (EXE, 3.2 MB)
- Download plug-in for 64-bit Mac OS X (DMG, 8.7 MB)
- Download plug-in for 64-bit Linux (TAR.GZ, 4.1 MB)
Uninstall Adobe Flash Player “Square”
Just download the below uninstallation files and run them to uninstall Square from your computer.
- Download the Flash Player “Square” for 64-bit Windows uninstaller
- Download the Flash Player “Square” for Mac OS X uninstaller
- Linux users has to manually remove the libflashplayer.so binary file in the plugins folder of the browser.
